The heart of this special place is Giuseppe, the owner of O'Mulino. Born into a family of hoteliers in Ravello, Beppe's early career led him on an unconventional path. Before returning to Ravello, he worked as a banker and after ran several successful restaurants in Verona. However, his deep connection to Ravello called him back, and nowadays, Giuseppe divides his time between Verona and Ravello, spending six months a year welcoming visitors to O'Mulino.

Giuseppe's hospitality and personal touch make O'Mulino feel like a true home for guests, offering a unique and intimate experience just a few miles outside of Ravello city center. His warm welcome, combined with the historic charm of the mill, creates an unforgettable atmosphere for those lucky enough to stay there.

O'Mulin in Ravello, Italy, is a charming Casa Vacanze (Holiday Home)  with a rich history rooted in the region's long tradition of olive oil production. Originally serving as an olive mill, the building has been part of Ravello's agricultural heritage for centuries. The word "mulino" in Italian translates to "mill," so the name O'Mulino (literally "The Mill") directly references its historical purpose of milling olives to produce olive oil.

The mill, once the heart of local farming life, is situated in a picturesque spot surrounded by lush landscapes. The process of turning olives into oil was an essential part of life for the people of Ravello, contributing to the local economy and culture.

Over the years, the building underwent a transformation, preserving its traditional character while adapting to modern needs. Today, O'Mulino has been lovingly restored and converted into a luxurious room rental offering a blend of rustic charm and contemporary comforts. The rooms are tastefully decorated, each with its own unique style, while still honoring the building's olive-milling roots.
